  We had a wonderful experience buying a mattress yesterday. Mike Brown, the manager, is fabulous. He’s knowledgeable, not at all pushy, and just an all-around nice guy to deal with. I can’t remember the last time dropping $3k was so pleasant!!

  Horrible service. No salesmanship. Usually very polite and engaged with people throughout the day. The moment I said I needed to think about it, the guy said fine bye. Guess when you ask for their deals, and consider your options by looking at your phone for comparison, that’s enough to call it a day. Would’ve continued here, but he was clear in it being a non important sale and maybe low commission, I’ll take my sale and commission to another store. Sadly, it’ll have to be another mattress firm branch since the state of the in-person industry is a monopoly, and I prefer to buy that way. But would rather take my business elsewhere.
